All shipping costs are paid for by customers and calculated based on total weight of items purchased and their final delivery destination.

Each customer must be an adult aged 21 years or older and each shipment requires ID and signature of an adult aged 21 or older upon delivery.

We do not ship to post office boxes or locations outside the United States.

We recommend using your work address to receive your wine and olive oil shipments.

Our shipping schedule with third party Pack & Ship Direct is as follows : All orders received on Monday thru Thursday ship out on the next business day. All orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ship out on Tuesday. If your order is shipped in California (CA), we ship via third party UPS GROUND. If your order is shipped outside California (CA) to all other U.S. states or Washington D.C., we ship via third party UPS (2-DAY AIR). We accept only Visa and MasterCard credit cards for payment. If you live in California (CA), your credit card statement will show one (1) charge that includes your order, 7.75% CA state sales tax, and shipping costs. If you live in all other 49 U.S. states or Washington D.C. your credit card statement will show two (2) separate charges with no CA state sales taxes: *one charge from Petroni Vineyard for your online order and *one separate charge from Pack & Ship Direct for your shipping costs. On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your UPS shipping tracking number to follow at http://www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx .
